Your complaint was reviewed at the monthly open July 14 BOD meeting. No homeowners were present. The complaint is based on a violation for which notification was sent to the homeowner in May 2025. A second notice was sent to the homeowner in July 2025. A hearing letter was sent to the homeowner in September, followed by the hearing in October, which the homeowner did not attend. First response from the homeowner was after fines were assessed. A reversal request was submitted in February 2026, which was denied at the February BOD meeting. A final determination is that the board's decision is consistent with state regulations governing common interest communities. No appeal process is available; the Board's rendered decision is final.
